We are a collaborative clinic with Watermark Health!  The link below will take you to the Watermark Health site where you will make an account and watch videos describing the mission of Watermark Health.  After the videos you will fill out an application and add references. The entire process should take you about 2 hours to complete. After you complete the process, you should expect us to reach out to you about completing an in-person training.
